What we
can help
you with.

We focus on the legal matters that matter most to people building a life in Argentina: protecting assets, formalising a business and getting contracts right from the start.

  1. 01

    Estate Planning & Probate

Wills · Inheritance · Asset structuring

Argentine law reserves a mandatory share of your estate for children and a surviving spouse — regardless of what your will says. If you own property, a business or bank accounts in Argentina, having a local estate plan is essential. We draft Argentine wills, advise on structuring your assets across jurisdictions, and handle the full inheritance process (sucesión) when the time comes.

    • Argentine wills and codicils
    • Inheritance proceedings (declaratoria de herederos)
    • Cross-border estate coordination
    • Asset structuring for foreign nationals
  2. 02

    Business Setup & Corporate

Company formation · Governance · Compliance

Argentina offers several company structures for foreign investors. The SAS (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada) is the fastest to incorporate — fully online, in as little as 24 hours. We advise on which structure fits your business, handle all registration steps with the IGJ or local registry, and draft the foundational documents: bylaws, shareholder agreements and management protocols.

    • Company formation: SAS, SRL, SA
    • Shareholder and investment agreements
    • Corporate governance and compliance
    • CDI and CUIT registration support
  3. 03

    Contract Drafting & Review

Commercial · Real estate · Civil

A contract written in a foreign language and governed by a foreign legal system can expose you to risks that are invisible until something goes wrong. We draft and review contracts in both Spanish and English, flag clauses that conflict with Argentine mandatory law, and ensure your agreements are enforceable locally. From property purchase agreements to service contracts and joint ventures.

    • Property purchase and lease contracts
    • Service and consulting agreements
    • Joint venture and partnership documents
    • Bilingual contract drafting

FAQ

Questions
we get asked
most.

Can I have my consultation in English?

Yes. Our team communicates in English throughout the entire process — WhatsApp, email, video calls and in-person meetings. All Argentine legal documents will be in Spanish, as required by local courts and registries, but we explain and translate everything for you.

Can foreigners own property or a business in Argentina?

Yes. Foreign nationals can own real estate and operate businesses in Argentina on the same terms as Argentine citizens. You will need a CDI (Clave de Identificación for foreigners) for property transactions and a CUIT for business activities. We assist international clients through the full registration process.

How does estate planning work for expats in Argentina?

Argentine law sets mandatory inheritance shares (porción legítima) for children and a surviving spouse — regardless of what your will says. If you own assets in Argentina, a local estate plan is essential. We draft Argentine wills, advise on structuring assets to align with your wishes and local law, and handle the inheritance process (declaratoria de herederos) when needed.

What is the fastest way to set up a company in Argentina?

The SAS (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada) is the most flexible and fastest structure — it can be incorporated entirely online in as little as 24 hours. For more complex structures or regulated industries, an SRL or SA may be more appropriate. We assess your specific situation and manage all registration steps.

Do you work with clients based outside Argentina?

Yes. We regularly advise clients living abroad via video call. For most legal matters, you do not need to travel to Mendoza — documents can be signed remotely using a power of attorney (poder notarial). We coordinate with local notaries and registries on your behalf.

How much does a consultation cost?

The first consultation is a paid assessment where we review your situation and provide a clear strategy and fee estimate. Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the matter. Message us on WhatsApp and we will provide a quote with no commitment required.
